My involvement in sports began at age 13 when my mother, having quit smoking and seeking a jogging partner, sparked my interest in running. Since then, I've embraced running as a lifelong pursuit. At 16, I started my first job as a receptionist at a nursing home, where I discovered my passion for working with people. I cherished interacting with residents and their families, building meaningful relationships along the way. I even convinced one resident to perform a somersault in the lobby—thankfully, I didn't lose my job! My professional journey began when I pursued a career as an Occupational Therapist. Eventually, I decided to transition my health and wellness hobbies into a profession.
Since 2009, I've been dedicated to personal training and in 2018, became a certified Pilates instructor, allowing me to offer comprehensive holistic coaching to my clients. I believe in integrating fitness into everyday life. My goal is to help you incorporate activities like walking, running, biking, as well as Pilates and strength training into your lifestyle for long-term health and wellness. Together, we can create a holistic, enjoyable, and sustainable approach to health and fitness that encompasses a diverse range of activities whether at the studio, at your home or outside in the fresh air!
