Pilates Mat Classes
Mat Pilates is a practice focused on improving coordination, strength, balance, and posture through a targeted series of full-body exercises. It is an accessible, low impact exercise class using your body weight as resistance.
You may also incorporate the use of Pilates props which include dumbbells, foam rollers, stretchy bands, soft balls, magic circles, yoga blocks and even chairs!
Since the exercises can build in difficulty or be modified to be easier, mat Pilates is suitable for beginner students all the way up to advanced practitioners.

Outdoor Bootcamp Classes:
Bootcamps are a great mix of strength and cardio training. We will challenge your mind as well as your body with bands, small weights, plyometric exercises, balance, agility, mobility and cardio sessions. The classes are organized to suit all levels, encouraging everyone to work at their own pace and level.
Tuesdays at 9.00 (Track in Zug near the Herti Center)
Saturdays at 8.30 (Depending on the weather, we meet at Lake Zug or the track.)
